Today Levi Kingfisher our summer intern and I traveled around Peterborough to visit community gardens. We left behind an invitatation to the August 15th Picnic at the Ecology Park. The invitations were posted on signs we made this morning at the office. It may seem a bit strange to go around and stake invitation signs in gardens but we thought more people would see them this way. The signs can stay at the garden and be used for your own uses.
All the gardens are lush growing well and frankly a bit soggy.
The wild rice growing at Pingo Pongo looks happy in its bathtub pond. Great work Pongo people.
