Learn to Preserve Properly with the PCGN & Bernardin!
The PCGN is hosting a canning workshop. A representative from Bernardin will be coming to Peterborough to give a safe canning technique demonstration that teaches safe canning
techniques for jams, pickles & other preserves such as salsa. The
workshop is designed to train a group of people on proper canning techniques,
but does not include a hands-on canning component.
Once they are trained, we would love to see participants helping share their knowledge & help others get canning!
